1. Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment option. Refunds will be issued accordingly via appropriate offline methods if applicable.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use or wear.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Products requested for return after 7 days of delivery.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process, including pickup arrangements if applicable.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed through the agreed offline method.

Please note: Cash refunds are not provided at the time of pickup.

6. Exchange Option

In cases where an item is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
